Stop Federal Attacks on Pay Transparency and Equal Pay

Recent changes to the Employer Information Report (EEO-1), filed annually by employers of 100 or more, require pay employers to submit pay data by gender, race, and ethnicity.

This data collection is an important step toward identifying and stopping pay discrimination, and closing the gender wage gap. However, according to recent reports, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is pressuring the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to block its implemention. 

Sign our petition to OMB Chief Mick Mulvaney, urging him to keep the changes to the EEO-1 form.
