Tell Your Reps: Stand for Equal Pay, Support the Pay Equity for All Act & Paycheck Fairness Act

The Pay Equity for All Act (H.R. 2418) would prohibit employers from asking about salary history, and the Paycheck Fairness Act (S. 819 and H.R. 1869) would bar retaliation against workers for discussing wages and prohibit employers from seeking an applicant’s salary history so that pay discrimination will no longer follow women from job to job.
